Tom King Architecture & Design, LLC is a full-service, custom residential design firm, founded in 2005, which excels at project leadership and management, from schematic design through construction. 

To each project, I bring a process, suited to the needs of the individual, and informed by more than two decades of experience in the industry. I've worked with a wide variety of budgets and project scopes, ranging from 600 s.f. accessory dwelling units to a 60,000 s.f. family estate. 

Holding both a Bachelor's Degree in Ecological Design and a Master's Degree in Architecture, my educational background and extensive work experience have equipped me with a uniquely specialized skill-set, with which to meet the custom needs of most clients. 

In a marketplace that is saturated with generic programming and stylized implementation, I strive to provide site specific design solutions, infused with ingenuity, artistry and creativity. 

I do not limit myself to any particular 'style' of architecture, but design spaces for the way we live in the modern day. The context of the site and the desires of the client, shape the language of the aesthetics. Typically, the homes I design blend the contemporary use of space with gestural stylistic elements, generating a "neo-vernacular" style, suited for its environment and the human sensibilities.
